question regarding tamriel one

I have another toon which already high level but i skipped everything on auridon (and pretty much lots of stuffs) and all that starter quest thingy
when tamriel one drops, if i do those quest, would that scale my rewards? or do i still receive *** level 20 belt and miniscule amount of EXP or something.

Asking this because I have grow to like my secondary toon, and those incomplete quest markers, undiscovered waypoints, and other locked stuffs itch me a bit. And lesser skillpoints as well. Want to know if I should just give up and do it when Tamriel One hits for scaled rewards (if there's any), or just do it right now for few centimeters worth of exp and salvage items.

For example Auridon is a level 10 zone or whatever right? It's AD start zone. So you're telling me every new person who plays the game is going to be scaled to CP160 the moment they load into ESO? If that's the case, why have ranks 1-50?

This has been the major point of contention on these forums with regard to One Tamriel, but I have heard nothing from ZOS about any down-scaling logic being added to the game, just that alliance zones would scale like DLC zones, and those scale everyone up.

If it works like the DLC zones then drops and XP should scale to your level no matter where you go.

I'm pretty sure all zones will be cp160 and everyone will get scaled up like they do in DLC zones. It would be strange for them to invent another distinct scaling algorithm.

So if I'm CP 160, and I go back to Auridon and do level 20 quest. I will be scaled down to level 20. And when the quest completed I will get Level 20 worth quest reward or it will be scaled up to my actual level?

You won't be scaled down, but I think rather it will work how DLC zones do. So your XP and Rewards will scale to your Level.

My understanding is that the zone and quests will be cp160 and that level 20s there will be scaled up. You should get drops at your level up to cp160.

Remember though they have not given us that much information about it so far, so much of what you will read here is speculation.

Trying to do it right now doesn't feel rewarding at all ;/ since all i get are miniscule amounts of exp and outdated gears. Guess I'll just wait for update 12
