Error 318 (6:3:1470:2) Excessive messaging?

I was kicked from server and the error says "due to excessive messaging, like spamming chat"
But I got this short after afk - literally was in kitchen making cup of tea, after 1 minute I returned, was digging some mats, reached some point and then game start to freeze, abilities didn't work, but I could still move, then I was kicked.
I did not make any entry in chat since more than 20 minutes.
