    I thing you will be able to buy it next week when new dlc goes live for AP in the towns in cyro at cp160 with full jewerly.
    I am not shure if this is right so pls correct me if i am wrong.

    i believe you are correct...but they might be in boxes so that means RNGesus will be at work
