Misleading banner of Rifton bank

Why is the bank in Riften (Rethan Holdings) the only bank in the game which does not have a banner with a treasure chest hanging in front of it? Instead all three banners show a scale. Is there any lore/ingame reason for this?
If not, I'd suggest adding it to avoid confusing new players coming to Riften for the first time. I've already submitted several feedback tickets for it, but received no response.
What do you think?

The banker is a member of the Rethan family. It is a family owned "holding", not a bank?
There is probably some lore behind it.

Why would you be submitting tickets for this though???

It's easy enough to sort that it is the bank of the town. It's literally right next to every crafting spot and main hangout areas of Riften!

It's certainly not hidden!

It is "hidden". It shows "merchant" when it should show "banker" and it's most certainly a bug.

My personal experience is that the only way to get a bug noticed by ZOS is to post about it here, in the forums. The chance to get it noticed is relatively low, the chance to get it fixed is probably even lower, but at least it's better than the zero chance you have with the ingame reporting tool, which is beyond useless.

I know what I say goes against what ZOS repeatedly insists upon (report ingame, not here...) but that's my experience.

I didn't say it was hidden or hard to find, only that I noticed that every other place where you can access your bank account (except for the Assistant) has the banner with the treasure chest

Well it's not "hidden" it just sounds like it may be "mis-labeled". Although looking at the map I recall it having the "chest" that indicates a bank. Can't recall what/if there is a banner(s) on the actual building as I just run in or out and haven't paid attention.

Either way the unclear thread title and no @ callouts isn't going to draw any mods, etc. here giving this an even more notoriously low chance of being seen by anyone in the know.

In-game ticket would have sufficed.

That building has got at least three banners outside. In other places where the bank is combined with another service, some of the banners show the chest, and others show the other service(s). That's what they should do here; change one of the banners outside to the bank banner. Although if I remember rightly, there are no other services in that building, so it is certainly a bit odd. It may not be a bug, but it's still a useful bit of feedback for ZOS to consider, and submitting a ticket In-game is certainly the best way to bring it to someone's attention (since /bug and /feedback tickets are the same now).

I submitted tickets for that a long time ago. I'm not sure but I think it was in Beta. More than 2 years ago. ZO$ doesn't give a *** anymore but crown store. 3k crown race change anyone?
