If whatever random algorithm or code you use to determine on occasion that the very same computer I have run the game on since beta is "no longer authorized", the least you can do is send the code email in a timely fashion. Twenty minutes and counting. While that may seem trivial to some, I have approximately 3 hours to play on weeknights. Couple this with the time lost to random drops to load screens, rez bugs, etc. is rather inconvenient.

    It's possible that your account was hacked/stolen, and is now associated with a different email address and computer. I hope that's not the case, but would explain what you're experiencing.

    Well...not a new device...and not a new browser...not even a browser update applied...
    Lets see if this code arrives any faster...

    While a possibility, unlikely since I get same behavior on all three of my accounts.
    And...don't try it a second time since apparently it resets the whole process...which means I anticipate another 40+ minutes to get another code via email.

    perhaps 80 minutes since trying an alternate account probably invalidated whatever code gets sent on second attempt.
    And for some ludicrous reason apparently the code authorizing support contact is totally unrelated to game authorization from a device.

    I always tell it to resend immediately. Takes about two or three minutes.
    Tends to happen when I reset or modify my modem/router. Sure, it's a pain, but the game is ZOS's property and they can have whatever security protocols they want.

    I don't disagree with their being able to implement whatever security protocols they want but its obvious they do a rather poor job of it. For job reasons, I have to two factor auth and authorize my devices on a regular basis and our company would never function if it worked this way.

    Do you use a VPN by chance? sounds like someone who's IP address changes a lot
