As results of the recent articles around the many highly monetized crown store and or ESO Plus requirements, can you confirm that the base game update for text chat will not require ESO Plus or any crown purchases?
Also, can you share when this article will be published as August 16th is just a few short weeks away?
I wouldn't think it'd cost anything but there I assumed crafting bags, costume dying and the Parlor would offer in-game choices as well as crown options.
