They would probably implement it as a quest-tied buff or whatnot. However, this could work for that too if need be lol
Of course if a quest requires levitation they'd probably have an NPC cast it for you so you don't HAVE to slot it as a skill.

Or it can replace equilibrium. With the chamipon point system that skill is useless.
I think ya all are spending too much time with the brown mage from LoTR smokin' wayyyy too much of the hobbit grass rofl. We got enough problems just trying to jump onto a 2 foot high stair, and you guys want to levitate? /smacks head. ZoS could never get this right even if they wanted to do this. Which from my experience...will never ever happen.
Still a cool idea, but realistically? In this game? Mmmm sorry. Just don't see it =/
