We'll let you know when this will be rescheduled, but in the meantime, only the regular console maintenances will be happening this week.

This is what you get when there is just one team ( in one region,Murika) working on maintenance and only one team that supposed to be active on the forums to inform ur (playing) players/customers,
you know, the people that make it able for you guys to get a paycheck.
Now we have to satisfy ourselves with a simple excuse,
some people may had day off, vacation time, wanted to play all day,
but decided not to play today because of the long maintenance,
they went a long and did other stuff,
and then later they find out they could v been playing al day.
Never saw such a un-organised management in (paid) online gaming,
and i been a long for a while...
Good Job ZoS !!
Keep going this road to nowhere...........

The bigger message that you missed is that they do have people in charge of the servers working outside of the normal North American business hours.
Yeah, it looks like they sent an email to Gina (and probably Jessica, and maybe even Kai) because they are the Community Managers and they are probably the main communication channel. They don't staff Community Managers around the clock, mainly because it is not normally necessary. They do have forum staff working around the clock, although I guess they cover all of the Bethesda.Net games, not just ESO. They can get the word out, if the word gets to the right people. The latter issue seems to be the problem. We'll see if they address it.
