I'm actually planning to bug feedback about this issue. The reward for buying the dlc's early I'm essentially paying 2 times as much, for 1/2 the value... so 4 times what I should. While I remain subbed at all times there is something about this that irks me. The main reason that I buy the subs is purely for the future when I might find I want a break from the game. You can't help but get burnout on a game after playing many years - but I also still love old games and want to have access to everything I've paid for. (DCUO, STO, etc are good examples).

That's true, but it should be noted that you will be overlevelled for your alliance zones if you use a DLC zone to level. Once One Tamriel is out though, this should no longer be a problem. You are scaled on gold coast and you can totally use it to level. DB quest line and dailies as well.

Hey guys, Im thinking about buying the dark brotherhood, but I have a question, is it an end game dlc, or can I use it in the leveling process?
Thanks!
