1 Hand & Shield skill line no longer leveling up...

I was trying to level up my skill lines through questing, but as soon as 1 Hand & Shield hit level 38, it stopped gaining expierience and the xp bar for it remains at 0% (fully black, no yellow filling the bar. Is it glitching?

RogueShade✭✭✭I had this happen with a sorcerer skill, they told me to unequip it and re-equip it. You might try unequipping the skills and equipment and re-logging.0 -
Appleblade✭✭✭✭✭Had it appear to happen with Soul Magic. Progress bar was at level 2 but empty. Filled a bunch of gems. Still empty. A while later I got the message it advanced to level 3. I think it's a graphical glitch not filling on the progress bar.0 -
