looting in dungeons..

so last week I ran spindle clutch and ive been trying to get the blood spawn helm for a while now and it finally dropped for me. at this time my inventory was full and i couldn't pick up the helm. Got kicked from the group and didnt have enough time to clean my bag and loot my helm.. I wrote a ticket but they haven't responded to it yet. why can't the loot that we cant pick up go straight to our mail box? and from there get rid of what we don't want/ take what we need.. i was really frustrated about this..

I think the problem is the auto removal if the group disbands or even if the other 3 just leave on their own. This has caused a few issues for me in the past. Sometimes there is a long monologue after the quest is done but before you can talk to the NPC to receive your skill point. I've had the group disband and have been removed before I can even talk to the NPC. Perhaps ZoS can look into not auto removing people so they have the time they need to complete all tasks in the dungeon before being forced to leave. A simple prompt when you're the last member saying "You are the last one in the dungeon. Would you like to leave? Y/N" would probably do the trick.

I also found this ridiculous - dungeons 99% are done in rush, mostly people have no time to listen to story or to look around and enjoy view. Why we are removed as soon as 3 others left? Why I can stay there as long as I want?

The point is that I wasn't able to collect my loot because of the full inventory. I had no time to trash something to pick up my monster helm. I get that people are on a dungeon grinds. but at least have a loot system that could send to your mail if you miss something.

By an opt in setting at least otherwise we'd get the stuff we didn't want to pick up too
