Stuck in wrothgar- Help?

I just want to start off by saying I am on Xbox one NA.

So I was questing in wrothgar last night on my sorc. Everything was running fine, no lag or textures not loading. I then decided to que for cyrodill and when I finally joined, eso crashed instantly. The game crashes a few times a day so I didn't think twice about it. I tried to log back into my sorc but everytime I would log back in, I would stay in the game for about 5 seconds max and then eso crashes again.

I wanted to know what I needed to do to get my sorc playable again or is it a lost cause? Plus I hope this thread can provide some info on finding a fix to this.

You can try filing a support ticket and ask them to move your character. Or use those five seconds to desperately try and get your character to a non-crash area. But really, support should be able to move your sorc to a safe spot.

Wrothgar on XB1 is a mess right now from what I've heard, so until they solve the stability problem the response will probably be "don't go to Wrothgar". Sorry ):

Make a support ticket and ask them to move your character. My sorcerer was stuck in the Imperial City so I sent in a ticket, four hours later I got a reply saying it had been moved and they were sorry for the inconvenience.

A ticket is the only fix I think.
