I am level 22 templar and have tried 10 times to defeat the General and her shade. I know HOW to do it but am unable to ever get to the point of killing them.
My main questions are: Is this a solo and/or leveled dungeon? I can live with solo but if it is leveled I am dead. A quest this difficult should not be a story line breaker

"There is an NPC in the room with you that you'll need to freeze one of the shadow copies when ever possible. They both hit really hard, so use lots of CC and kite around the room and freeze one of them when the NPC is off cooldown.
You need to get them both down to about 5% depending on how much DPS you do. Once you have them both down, freeze one and finish off the other before the spell unfreezes. At that point you have less than 5 seconds to kill the unfrozen target before she summons another copy of herself and heals to full. Also note, while a target is frozen they take additional damage."
