EU Server down? (July 20)

I have been trying to login all morning from Germany without success.
It looks like I am not the only one:

Patcher cannot retrieve patch manifest, client cannot retrieve announcements, and trying to log in results in error 200. Yea, you are not the only one.

[edit] i just noticed this is the PS4 section. I am on PC, but the issues are the same.

I can't even get past the ouroboros 'Press X to continue' screen

Does anyone know any ZoS tags for people who are usually up this late?

The issues yesterday were seemingly due to a problem with an ISP (BT, to be specific), see this thread:

I'm not aware of any problems today though - I could get on fine this morning, I'll check again in a minute
