My ESO Plus is paid for, but it is showing as Not Active.

I was charged via Microsoft for my ESO Plus Subscription normally, I go to log in today and I notice I didn't have my 1,500 Crowns and my ESO Plus Membership is Not Active. The last 3 months nothing like this has happened before, so what's going on? Also, if it can be fixed please help!

Balibe✭✭✭✭Then you talked to the wrong rep ..... Read the posts here and in the XB1 support forum, there are a lot. This is what most are doing to resolve the this issue .....
Call them back ..... ask them to cancel the current subscription, remove it from you account and refund the charge.
Once all that is done, re-sub and should have access to ESO+. You will probably not get the crowns as that is a different issue .....0 -
RogueShade✭✭✭I just had an issue with this. Checked my subs under the xbox settings and it said it was set to renew the following day. Logged out of my main and into a different character, closed eso, restarted eso, logged on my main, all fixed. Checking email helps too, they send you one in advance and one at the renewal.0
