Today's veteran pledge is the prison. Now we all know that people will immediately storm the forums and complain about it instead of ua=sing the forums in a way that could potentially benefit them. Lije finding teams, or anything in the players helping players section.

since it's zenimax fault I'm about to endure extreme mental anguish for the next 24hrs every time I open up the 'general discussion sub-thread, they should allow me 10k revenue of ingame currency every time I suffer damages.

By pledges do you mean that undaunted daily thing? Aren't the rewards the same if you do the normal dungeon? I only queue for veteran dungeons because I want to do the quests for them

I have yet to even step foot within the White Gold Tower or the Prison. I want to see what they're like, and how far I get before getting absolutely wrecked.

Do you get a quest from them in person? Or is it those undaunted supply reward with 100k exp because I thought those were random?

@ScottK1994 every dungeon, normal and vet, has a quest and skill point reward on completion, which you get once. The undaunted pledges unlock at level 45 and take place in one of these dungeons, and changes daily. Its the same dungeon for everyone, and there's a normal and vet version.

The normal and vet pledges are in different dungeons, so people do both.

You need to go to the quest markers at the undaunted enclave in your alliance, for dc its Wayrest, don't know about the other alliances sorry. Remember you need to be level 45 and get the mail b4 you can do undaunted pldges, and need to be vet to do the vet ones

I've read that ICP/WGT rewards were buffed so that during ICP/WGT days you can get:

2 Gold Keys from Gold Pledge

OR

1 Silver Key for doing it on Normal without it being Silver Pledge of the day

+

1 Silver Key for doing whatever is Silver Pledge (I've never seen ICP/WGT be Silver Pledges) that day

Is that accurate? I wonder if the new DLC Dungeons, said to be just as difficult if not moreso, will function that way too and reward Double Gold Keys or single Silver Key for Normal.

YOU CAN DO THIS AND WGT ON NORMAL , if you cant do the vet version.

Or get a grp and learn the mechanics you don't need super dps just coordination and an understanding of what to do and when..

This is for the people who will swamp the forums again..

Me and my partner took 2 pugs there last week. Their first time in the dungeon. One was 150cp tank and one 130cp dd. Only wiped like 6 times throughout the whole dungeon.

4 runs down starting the 5th now. 52 keys in the bank and a month to go. Will actually be nice to grind for a new helm or two soon. Plus if they get included in the pledges it'll be funny if these do these 4 back to back. That's 40 keys in 4 days for me.

As for me, I'll certainly skip this dungeon because I get enough stress at work. This dungeon is not for casual-minded players like me.

Anyway, I think there is a PvP event tonight in one of my guilds. This should be fun

I haven't done White Gold Tower yet or vet imperial prison, but the normal imperial prison isn't so bad if you have the right group of people. The first Fiend boss, if you have a good healer and all can dish out damages, your group can get through that and the extras involved fairly quick. That Fiend boss does pack quite a punch, all the while his minions and ice sorcs are pommeling you.. and that harvester with almost 300k health bombarding you with those balls thing and energy/stam drain whatever it does. So that first fiend fight could cause lower ranking players to drop out and it has in some of my group outing (randomly queuing). If your group are capable of getting through that first Fiend boss fight, then you'll be fine with all the other bosses leading to the final Lord Dusk Warden boss fight.

I like it. It's a bit longer than most other normal dungeons, but it can be a pain in the ass, if it's your first time and not know the mechanics. The final Warden boss itself is not so hard, but it's all the extra adds that can get you. At certain stage of his health loss, he'll spawn 4 of his duplicates that keep bombarding you with shock blasts. All the while, you have those red circles constantly popping up trying to get you as well as other white moving circles that if you happen to get caught in, you'll do a high fall and if you can't do a break fall, you'll pretty dead. You also have roving orbs that seems to suck out your health or stam, if you get caught by the pulse or beam coming from it. Also, watch out when the Lord Warden flies up, suspend, and lash a big blast that seems to hit the majority of the arena. So, if you don't have good regen ability or high health, you're toasted. I'm not sure and haven't figure it out yet, if there's a safe zone or a protective something you can go to while he throws out that big blast of his. Fun times..
