ESO Launcher not available

Good day.
Tried to patch my ESOEU this morning, and suffered patch manifest error. So i tried to download this manualy from (http://launcher.bethesda.net/Bethesda.net_Launcher/Bethesda.net_Launcher.patchmanifest), but it failed too.
So i started the website availability test on two separate sites (https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime and http://2ip.ru/site-availability/).
On both sites i found that http://launcher.bethesda.net/ s not available in all regions except american (and australian) continent (i am in european region)

I guess that it cant be a glitch on both sides, so maybe its a problem with our launcher?

    Same problem here, i cant loggin and start from launcher need long time. After close game i become a information about failure 210.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno , some problem with EU-Servers?

    I have same problem and i also get a error 200 when i try to login to the game..

    I've thought that's only my problem.
    Can't login to the game: it says the login-pass is incorrect.
    Also there's "Couldn't retreive announcements" phrase.

    So I think smth happened with the Server
    EU: Beatrice gra-Brog, Rebellie, Yshterie, Jearra , Lirielline
    Christess, Fleuretta, Jubilee Cake, Braviliana, Onyxette
    M'adjirra, Dances-around-Nirn, Nerieth, Estrice, Ann der Wood
    Éternelle, Burns-all-the-babies, Jyggurag
    NA: Dice Twice, Nikka from the barrel

    On PS4 and have same kind of error messages. But can log in to america server.

    Yea error 200 trying to log into the game.

    I get the "Couldn't retreive announcements" phrase." aswell in my login screen. So something might be up with login servers Zenimax

    Can log on to NA server but not EU server.
    I'm located in EU.

    Edit: Nevermind. Got randomly kicked off from NA server, could not log back onto it. Could log onto EU now tho and havent been kicked yet. -confused- :open_mouth:

    Yeah i think server is having issues in eu now .. Many different but seems related issues.

    Hope i didnt break my game by trying to "fix" it lol :D since i deleted programdata folders and all kinds of things

    We are here, again) Error 200, and the same stats from the sites.
