After todays update. ESO crashes literally everytime I open up the launcher or eso.exe from game folder. I cannot play the game now. Very upset right now.
After patch maintenance game won't start and it's keep crashin every time i open the game from client.
Crash name is Error 11

i'm thinking what should i do know? uninstall and install again will be annoying for me. i just hoping technical engineers should solve this problem without uninstall game. :'(
Typically this error occurs if you attempt to connect to our servers with an outdated launcher. Using the Repair option on the launcher could resolve this issue.
You can repair the files for The Elder Scrolls Online on your computer by following the steps below:
First, start The Elder Scrolls Online launcher by right clicking on the icon on the desktop and selecting Run as Administrator.
Wait for the launcher to finish starting.
If multiple ESO clients are installed and available through the launcher, make sure to have the correct version highlighted by clicking on it once.
In the middle of the launcher there will be an entry for Game Options next to an icon of a small cog wheel.
Open the Game Options dropdown menu and click on the option for Repair.
Allow the launcher to examine all the files for the game. This may take some time.
If any files are found to have problems, the launcher will re-download those files.
If that doesn't help, please follow these steps:
On a PC:
Go to the Launcher folder. You can find this on default at C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher. Delete this Launcher folder.
On a Mac:
Open Finder, go to Applications, and then look for the Zenimax Online folder. The Launcher folder will be under the main ZOS folder. Then delete this Launcher folder.
Once you have finished deleting the folder, download the launcher from your account management page at https://account.elderscrollsonline.com to reinstall it. You can do this by logging in to your account on our website and click on the "Download Game" button on the page
We recommend that players who are experiencing crash issues on their Windows 32-bit PC to follow the steps below:
Locate and access the Usersettings.txt file
By default this file is located here:
•C:\Users\user.name\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live
or
•C:\Users\user.name\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu
Find the line SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D11" or SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D9" in the file.
Change the line to: SET GraphicsDriver.7 "OPENGL". Please save the file after making the change.
These files can be attached to the ticket. Please note that these files can be very large and should not be copy/pasted into the contents of an e-mail.
Please be assured that this is a temporary workaround to allow you to enjoy playing the game while we research a more substantial solution to this crashing issue that continues to happen.
Some players have reported success in disabling a specific windows update that was applied, but at this time we do not have confirmation which update it was or whether it was effective.
I changed those as suggested and the game started right up no problem. Thanks. Not sure why but they were both set to "-1"
Hi, I've been having a similar problem on my PS4. I usually have no problems but today, after the latest maintenance (Login and Account), I keep getting kicked back onto the login screen. This happened three times - my character's became slow and my attacks didn't effect any enemies and then I'm kicked out.
I have good wifi for my PS4 EU game. Is anyone else effected like this today?
