  My 2 go to sets for stamplar dps is 5x twice born star (thief and shadow) and 4x night mother's gaze (3x on bow bar).
  Sample Skill Bars:
  
  DW: Biting Jabs(spammable damage ability)
  Rending Slashes(dot)
  Steel Tornado(aoe)
  Rearming Trap(dot and gives minor force)
  Evil hunter(major savagery 10% crit)
  
  Bow: Poison Injection(dot)
  Endless Hail(aoe)
  Flex -> Power of the light or Caltrops or other needed skill
  Repetence(sustain)
  Evil hunter(major savagery 10% crit)
  
  This build works well in PvE

  If you have flawless dawnbreaker on your main bar it's useful. Also dropping Rending slash for Vigor or the Shrouded Dagger i think it's called ability for major buff. Put infused on bow with increase wep damage, so when you switch bars you're always refreshing the weapon dmg buff stacks.
  
  Also I wouldn't worry about Evil Hunter on the bow bar since that's just foraoe and you're switching off it very quickly. Instead using a rune or vigor is better for that bar. Also that bar you want to use Meteor for AOE ultimate.
  
  Depending on your race, you may want to go 1 Dagger 1 Sword, or 2 swords as well. For the extra crit/damage
