Too bad we don't get "proper communication" on these types of sales campaigns. One day hopefully, they will get a real customer relations and communications team.

Like I said, I'm a subscriber, and I still received this email. I'm not sure what the criteria are but it's definitely not for lapsed players only. I was in the closed beta testing though and played on and off since, so maybe it's tied to that?

I don't think the beta is relevant per se. Rather the date since you've started subscribing. For sure they can't offer this to everyone, it wouldn't make any sense (economically).

Since rumors have spread I think they've become picky about choosing who is eligible.
But I really don't know, it's a risk.

So I replied to the email to ask, how do I take this offer up if I am already an ESO Plus Subber?

So the offer is legit, that much is clear to me.
However it is not clear to me if it comes from: teso_help@mailmw.custhelp.com it is legit or not? Since the sticky post about phishing does not mention this email address.
