✭✭✭✭✭If it works anything like NPC's, there is a 1-2 second window after a dodge where the animation causes you to continue dodging everything within that window.
You see it when particularly annoying NPC's seem to be dancing around dodging everything for a bit after the first dodge.
If this is the case than the effective dodge chance is indeed much higher than 20%. More like 20% chance to dodge an attack, and every attack after a dodge for X seconds.1 -

right? i've tried it in pve and it seems to make every attack zero in on me. like I got a 'hit me' beacon going.0 -

no. it's a thing. at least it was a while back. (could be fixed) but there were armour set that came with thieves guild, bahara's curse(sp) ehich mitigated 40% of enemu player damage as well, and shuffle WAS completely broken. that 20% really was working like 80% plus you did no dmg.
people would just stand there and let you droo a full dot/dps rotation on them and you might hit them once out of 100 times xD
but as far as I am aware none of these bugs are current.0
