Why do my skill resets cost 1 gold per skill?

I started player again last week after a long while and have so far used the shrine of Stendarr three times. Each time skill point resets were 1 gold per skill or morph. Using the shrine of Auriel to reset attributes is the same price it has always been.
End the tedious inventory management game.

Yes except for the fact that now PC users are getting the shaft because our respec prices went back up. So it's only FAIR that all three platforms the same and not favoring consoles over PC.
PC doesn't deal with ~10FPS everywhere, loading screens while walking in towns/wilderness/dungeons, charcters getting trapped in Wrothgar, player silhouettes which last upwards of 2 minutes, NPCs taking 1min+ to spawn, enemies utterly failing to appear in group dungeons, load screens while walking from wayshrine to vMA portal, and overall horrific performance along with many more provlems
I'll trade my 1 gold respec for those 60FPS. Don't give me that fair nonsense of a PC player getting "shafted" for paying normal price for respecs. It's pathetic.
Console players are using this mainly to test and theorycraft. If you want to do this so bad, go on the PTS server you have access to man. LOL!Edited by Vaoh on July 18, 2016 1:17AM3 -

We got this price as a workaround of the free respecs we got with Imperial City that many complained about because they had "no notice of it beforehand" even though every forumgoer knew.
