Comparison in Movement Speed Between DK Bosmer and Templar Nord

I posted in the related thread about this issue here. But I wanted to start a new discussion because I'm now curious about some direct feedback. I said I would go and record the movements myself of my two characters. I've uploaded the video to youtube, link is here
I'm not totally convinced one way or the other from this video. I wish I had the opportunity to record these characters running in the same place but unfortunately I didn't have that luxury. But it'd be interesting to see what everyone else thinks. I know that when I am moving with my DK character (the one on the right in the video) it definitely FEELS like he's moving faster. And if you watch the video closely, time and count the footsteps, it can assuredly be seen that his footsteps are occurring probably 10-15% faster than the other toon.
Granted, footsteps don't determine overall movement speed but its a good indicator I think that the timing in movement in both these characters aren't the same. What do you guys think? Am I crazy? I'm sorry the video is probably not the best demonstration; when I have the change to make a better comparison, I will most certainly do it.

AugustoCP✭✭✭What are the gear differences? Medium armor has a passive that increases movement speed, if I recall correctly.0 -
TheElf✭✭The first thing I did was verify my abilities on both characters. I have not taken any passives in the medium armor; that's actually the first thing I thought of too when I started playing again the other week and felt like I was moving slower.
Both characters are wearing two items in light and the rest heavy armor. Both are running sheathed.0 -
Didaco✭✭✭✭Imho you should really provide a clip with both your characters running in the same location. It's really hard to tell from the op.
Btw, what if footsteps are dependent on characters height? The shorter, the faster etc. but no difference in speed itself... That'd be cool, and would explain why my altmer feels slower than my other characters too, lol.1
