Sacrament quests not spawning

I haven't got one offer to do a sacrament quest for the whole level of 9 am I bugged??

Do you have another DB guild quest open?

If I recall correctly there is at least one DB quest which disables the sacrament quests till finished or dropped. It may be because the quest giver for the sacrament is included in the quest.

I did the litany of blood and the polymorph glitched and didn't update to collection I wonder if that's what it is ??

I am on the Silencer quest and he vanished for me.

You need to do one of the main quests first. Think it's the 3rd one that the woman gives you. Rank is irrelevant. It's the after you're given the litany of blood is given to you.
