I got Imperial City when it came out and I thought it was mediocre...

Of all the DLC that came out afterwords- which are worth getting? Why?

I sorta want The Blade of Woe and the Litany of Blood costume- is DB fun?

And no... No I'm not gonna get eso plus

If you like solo questing and/or challenging solo content in the form of a long 'arena', Get Orsinium.
If you like solo questing with stealth oriented side missions and/or trials (ie the 12 person longform dungeons), get Thieves' Guild.
If you like solo questing with a focus on stealth kills, get Dark Brotherhood
^Above also all include new world bosses, with the Orsinium ones being particularly exquisite and plentiful. New delves, again more plentiful in Orsinium. Repeatable daily quests with unique rewards other than currency.

Or if you like 4-person dungeon content, wait for Shadows of the Hist to release in August.
If you quote someone, and intend for them to see what you have said, be sure to Mention them with @[insert name].

Orsinium is still my absolute favourite. I go there every day since it was released and I still find the scenario absolutely stunning. The quests are pretty good, too. I am slightly biased because Orsinium seems like it was tailored specially for someone like me: Mostly solo PvE player who loves Orcs and snowy areas. Something very important about a character I really care about was revealed, too, and that was important to make me love Orsinium main quest.

TG have some really, REALLY good characters. I got emotionally attached to the TG characters very quickly and I hope they appear again in future DLCs. They are well-written, they have very well-defined personalities and compelling personal quests, some that really tugs in your heartstrings. We get to know them in a somehow gradual and natural way, which really helped getting me attached to them. But the story is short, and the zone is small.

DB is great too. I love the Blade of Woe. I didn't get very attached to the characters, however. The only character I ended up caring about is the guy that gives out the repeatable quests, and that's because he has a different thing to say regarding each unique quest he provides (and there are like, 30 of them, if not more). We get some insight on his personality and story little by little, which feels like we are getting to know him more naturally, but that doesn't happen to any other DB character. Like with TG, the zone is small and the story is short, but enjoyable.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Orsinium can get you some fun.. The rest of DLCs are extremely(i mean extreeeeeeeeemely) overpriced for the content they deliver.

Thieves guild gets you fun only if u like stealing, dark brotherhood only if u like murdering NPCs.. The upcoming 2 dungeons DLC is a joke when u'd look at its price aswell
Oh and thieves guild grants access to a new trial with new mechanics.. Its fun if you're new to trials but its stressing when u go vet mode
Also, they said on eso live that there gonna be a crownstore discount on the DLCs because they're overpriced and are not selling well compared to IC DLC sales.. Like.. Really lagging behind!

If you're into the writing, Thieves Guild also has some hilarious character interaction.
