    Greetings!

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue with this item and will do my best to help resolve this!

We are not able to restore items that were destroyed or deconstructed.

However, in some cases we are able to restore destroyed Crown Store or Imperial Edition bonus items. If you have destroyed a Crown Store or Imperial Edition item and would like to have it restored, please reply to this email with any additional information on the loss and I will investigate further.

To prevent accidental deletions, with the Dark Brotherhood update, you can now lock items. For more information on this, please view this help article.

If you are missing any crafting materials, make sure to check your new Craft Bag! You can find more information regarding the Craft Bag here.

    Kind Regards,
    The Elder Scrolls Online Team

    Greetings,

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team!

We greatly appreciate you bringing this potential bug to our attention, and we will pass this on to the development team for further investigation.

Once in the hands of the development team, you will not receive a response to your ticket, but rest assured that they will investigate thoroughly to reproduce the issue you are experiencing to be resolved in a future patch.

Thank you for your continued interest and support!

    Kind Regards

So my point at the start is real ppl solve the issues and bots don't end off

And where are they going to find the staff to address all the "issues" that folks seem to have? No-one could hire enough staff to keep up with everything.

BTW: did the issue ever get solved?

Sorry - I'm not being a smart a**, I just never complain about anything unless I am literally stuck or my game is broken.
ZOS doesn't appear to have much of any staff left when it comes to support and moderation. They've contracted that out to a generic Bethesda team.

As of last night I was at the point that while I'd never buy another game developed by Zenimax, I'd still try something by Bethesda. Now I know better, and have for now sworn off all games made by Bethesda and it's subsidiaries.

PS... Of course everyone who buys a product, ANY product, is a paying customer. Are you saying that if you buy a Sony TV, you're not a paying customer of Sony? That's silly beyond measure.

OR, we actually feel that they handled us and whatever problem we had, in a good way

    Yep, la la land.

You see, the issue is that this poll doesn't have an option like "While I personally didn't have any issue, I am aware there are some". The answers to it are about your interactions with CS and how your problems were handled. It asks if you are satisfied.

I guess your problems were not solved in a timely manner. It isn't the same for everybody, however.

I would be lying if I voted "No, it took forever to atleast acknowledge i had a problem wit eso" because on the times that I had to ask support for help, they solved my issue in just a few hours.

It would be different if the poll had been written on a different manner. Like, for example, the first two options could instead be "I believe CS is doing a good job" and "I believe CS is lacking".

But on the way that the poll was written, I am afraid that what you say do not match reality. So... Are you in la la land, where you can't recognize that different people have different experiences? :P
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Sent in quite a few tickets in my time and they where all solved within 2-3 days. If it was game stopping and fixable without the dev team needing to get involved it was done that same day. As far as customer service goes zeni has one of the better.

    Just pulling their leg haha.

I understand people may have good experiences but they are few and far between. People in la la land think that life is all roses and rainbows in which this game is not. More so for console users.

Unrecovered crowns, not being moved from crash locks, ignored bug reports... These are my experiences and many others. When people praise ESO when it comes to performance and service I feel it necessary to add some negativity to that as to keep the devs on their toes. They need to be in a constant state of needing to improve instead of being in la la land and leaving things as they are.

So if I am off planet at all I'm more in cynicville haha.

Console player here. While you people on the PC might get treated fairly.... I can tell you the console people do not. Whether it is an issue of its much harder to code the fixes, I don't know. But, I have personally reported 5 problems within the game, bugs, or lag issue spots. Going back as far as a year ago. None have been fixed. I have now been told I can't go to Wrothgar to turn in my writs. Because doing so makes your character get stuck in a "loading lag loop" and you can't load them, or use them.

I have been told they are working on the Wrothgar issue. Just like I was told they are working on the other issues I reported as well, which were never fixed. I am about to leave the game, and have a big huge bad taste in my mouth from ZOS's lack of support for console people.

I'm sure I will be jumped on by all the PC people who have a great experience playing this game. But, if you aren't a console person who has been dealing with this for 2 years now... you just don't understand.

    Hahaha okay then xD

It's awful that you are having these issues. I'm on PC, but I saw more than a few threads complaining about ESO+ benefits disappearing and/or ESO+ Crowns not being delivered. That sucks even more now that ESO+ have the crafting bags (and next month, the ability to dye costumes at will). I hope they can sort it out with Microsoft soon.

Personally I've enjoyed the game a lot however when it comes down the customer service thats where most of the issues occur e.g taking over a week to answer etc. Apart from the lag and loading screens as well as my sorcerer being stuck in grahtwood/TGC I'm happy as I've gotten my money's worth.
