ZOS doesn't appear to have much of any staff left when it comes to support and moderation. They've contracted that out to a generic Bethesda team.Zos customercare team needs to be turned off and real ppl take their place.
I had a problem with taking AD scroll from their temple it kept saying we already have this scroll when we clearly did not, and the response I got was this,

Greetings!
Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue with this item and will do my best to help resolve this!
We are not able to restore items that were destroyed or deconstructed.
However, in some cases we are able to restore destroyed Crown Store or Imperial Edition bonus items. If you have destroyed a Crown Store or Imperial Edition item and would like to have it restored, please reply to this email with any additional information on the loss and I will investigate further.
To prevent accidental deletions, with the Dark Brotherhood update, you can now lock items. For more information on this, please view this help article.
If you are missing any crafting materials, make sure to check your new Craft Bag! You can find more information regarding the Craft Bag here.
Kind Regards,
The Elder Scrolls Online Team

Greetings,
Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team!
We greatly appreciate you bringing this potential bug to our attention, and we will pass this on to the development team for further investigation.
Once in the hands of the development team, you will not receive a response to your ticket, but rest assured that they will investigate thoroughly to reproduce the issue you are experiencing to be resolved in a future patch.
Thank you for your continued interest and support!
Kind Regards
So my point at the start is real ppl solve the issues and bots don't end off
And where are they going to find the staff to address all the "issues" that folks seem to have? No-one could hire enough staff to keep up with everything.
BTW: did the issue ever get solved?
Sorry - I'm not being a smart a**, I just never complain about anything unless I am literally stuck or my game is broken.

Yep, la la land.

Yep, la la land.
You see, the issue is that this poll doesn't have an option like "While I personally didn't have any issue, I am aware there are some". The answers to it are about your interactions with CS and how your problems were handled. It asks if you are satisfied.
I guess your problems were not solved in a timely manner. It isn't the same for everybody, however.
I would be lying if I voted "No, it took forever to atleast acknowledge i had a problem wit eso" because on the times that I had to ask support for help, they solved my issue in just a few hours.
It would be different if the poll had been written on a different manner. Like, for example, the first two options could instead be "I believe CS is doing a good job" and "I believe CS is lacking".
But on the way that the poll was written, I am afraid that what you say do not match reality. So... Are you in la la land, where you can't recognize that different people have different experiences? :P

Just pulling their leg haha.
I understand people may have good experiences but they are few and far between. People in la la land think that life is all roses and rainbows in which this game is not. More so for console users.
Unrecovered crowns, not being moved from crash locks, ignored bug reports... These are my experiences and many others. When people praise ESO when it comes to performance and service I feel it necessary to add some negativity to that as to keep the devs on their toes. They need to be in a constant state of needing to improve instead of being in la la land and leaving things as they are.
So if I am off planet at all I'm more in cynicville haha.
