What about those who were victim of the auto-ban system who didn't do anything wrong? I've seen quite a few threads of people who've had problems with this

But action on the account does.

Obviously if someone has been permanently banned from the game there would not be an issue of them being in the game.
But bans come in many flavors it seems, the permanent ones not actually being permanent...
