Q: Kvatch Gladiator Weapon Damage Add

According to what I can see online, the Kvatch Gladiator set is supposed to give 690 additional weapon damage to targets below 25%. However, before I looked online, I went to the crafting station and this is what I have crafted there and have been using:
There is quite a difference between 690 additional weapon damage and 1722 additional weapon damage. Which is it supposed to be? *fingers crossed*

Well, I might agree, but...
Hunding's gives you 300 WD flat out. So 1722 WD on targets below 25%, light and heavy attacks only? How often do you get to wind up and hit someone with a heavy attack in PvP? That's why I didn't think too much of the tool tip until I saw the greatly reduced number online. Dreyloch✭✭✭✭✭It's not a bug, it was adjusted while on PTS to that higher number. The stuff you saw online came out before that. (I assume it was Deltia's site) which he never updated.

✭That damage buff only applies to heavy and light attacks not to skills. Consider that for the initial 75% of the opposing players health you are only getting a crit buff(not that great for PVP) and 129 weapon damage.
