ETA on Console Performance Fixes????

Been asking for ages and the "community management" have obviously hit the ignore button on all threads containing the words console, xbox and PS4. I can't even do pvp. As soon as the bar fill when capping it's dashboards me everytime. Log back in and no AP gains either.

It's kinda fine once you escape the zergy areas but damn, it was never THIS bad on console... it's slowly dying down right now though since it's nearing 1am

Wtf was that maintenance last night supposed to fix? Nothing? ZOS smoke break?

I know in your endless list of things to fix you like the easy ones that don't actually affect performance, so could you maybe fix the freaking guild roster already! Here's an idea, make it work like flipping pages again instead of scrolling.

I'm starting to wonder if this game will ever get to be 100% working...

Is this all just because PC>Console performance and console can't handle this game? Can they even admit if that is the problem? When I crash my box sounds like a jet engine.

This game will never be 100% fixed. They break stuff trying to fix things. Sad that they advertise large battles. Nothing like that works.

I am starting to believe consoles, from a CPU/GPU perspective, cannot handle this game, for whatever reason. If that's the case, ZOS does need to clarify and offer an account transfer option.

ESO graphics are mediocre comparing latest games in consoles.

Developers should further fine tune game, GPU/CPU are okay..

I've never been one to complain too much however ESO customer support really is a complete mess right now.

I've got an issue with paying 100k gold to leave a campaign that I entered by mistake on a level 10 and then having to wait 3 days to enter a new one. Apparently it's to stop people getting the rewards from two campaigns, however I don't see why anyone would pay 100k gold to get two lots of mediocre rewards.

The games a mess.

I'd estimate that my FPS on PS4 dips below 10 for 5 to 20 second periods of time at least once every 5 minutes. And that's everywhere. In populated cities it is almost constant. I also experience two or three times an hour the game just completely freezes, sometimes for just a couple seconds but sometimes for up to 30 seconds. Plus the audio randomly cutting out for several minutes after a long-duration stutter/lock-ups. And the black silhouettes don't load textures for sometimes over 5 minutes after entering a populated area. Then there is the random disconnects with "message rate limit exceeded" notifications, and of course the game just crashing after performance gets so bad that it's clear the PS4 can't handle it...so it crashes.

None of that being in Cyrodiil. Not even gonna try that cluster.

I really wish Zenimax would offer console to PC transfer services. I seriously regret switching to PS4 back when the account transfer was sold.

Zos really needs to evaluate their staff. Most of them are incompetent.

I have played ESO every day since Console Launch and have always enjoyed my experience and supported the game though ESO plus. DB patch caused me to crash a lot but just the first few days then they released the last patch to stop the crashes and the pace of the game has become so slow I can no longer enjoy my experience. Riding a mount or even traveling quickly causing load screens every 5-10 seconds. I need to slowly walk though town and still have stuttering and invisible NPCs. The NPCs take up to 2 minutes to appear on my screen this slows down playing dramatically and makes most content unplayable. Dungeons have invisible bosses and monsters killing you and you can't fight back while half your teammates get a load screen in the fight. Trying to play Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood content is impossible because your seen and caught by invisible guards and you can't run away as you get a load screen and die.

I finally canceled my Sub today but have invested a lot of time into ESO and will continue to follow and hope the game becomes playable for me again the the future.
