Hello all, I am currently raising an issue of a possibly well know bug that people may be aware of. It has come to my attention within pvp scenaios and in the city of rawl kha how severely overpowered female bosmer truly are. You see, they have several hidden racial abilities that are are exclusive to them and severely unbalances the state of the game.

Did you know that female bosmer have the ability to steal your heart? this occurrence is not restricted to happen just once but defies logic and your heart can be stolen by every female bosmer you ever encounter. Why is this game breaking? One, according to lore, if the theft in bosmer culture is that when one cleverly steals a object that belongs to you, they must then initiate the right of theft and ask for something in return if they are to give it back, you can see the problem here as if every female bosmer can steal your heart, you would have to go to all the hassle of going through every female bosmer you meet and having to recover it from every single one. to add to the pile of frustration is that every female bosmer that has stolen my heart has yet to initiate the right of theft asking for something in return.

the second reasoning is that it severly imbalances the games economy with all of your hearts that are essentially duplicated by every female bosmer you meet. there is plenty of my hearts laying around somewhere in the blac market somewhere.

Three is that it defies logic, as if I only have one heart so therefore, only one of my heart can be stolen and not many by multiple people.

So I propose is to remove this racial completely as it ignores logic, it impalances the economy by all the duplicated hearts that are being sold. my other solution is that this hidden racial is to be nerfed so that your heart can only be stolen by one female bosmer and not many, in doing so you do logic a favor and save the economy.
