Vamp. skill help
Ok, I've heard conflicting opinions on this, Do you or do you not have to have a vamp skill slotted to get the passives? And if you do, do you have to have it on both bars?

✭you USED to have to have one slotted... they changed it recently back to how it was before that though so u no longer need an ability slotted.... however they changed it so in stage 1 you have none of the passives.... and then each stage unlocks more passivesBreton Nightblade ~ Fang of the Wolf ~ (50) | Altmer Dragonknight ~ Ðårk Ŵølf ~ (50) | Altmer Necro ~ Ðeåth Ŵølf ~ (50)
