As frustrating as the issue is there is nothing we can do as we all agreed to the EULA, it states they may withdraw service at any point with no notice and they aren't accountable for any downtime regardless of paid subs ect.. Companies such as Adobe have some even worse clauses in their EULA that essentially give the company an unlimited third party royalty free license to any content uploaded to their cloud services You upload 2d or 3d art to those services and they are legally allowed to use the content however they wish and for profit! South Park highlighted this issue years ago when they targeted Apple and their EULA.

I guarantee that your lawyers wouldn't get past the class certification stage of a class action lawsuit.

Even if they did, and you won, you probably already know that you won't be getting a lot of money. If you don't know that, I'll explain. I was a "class member" in a class action lawsuit wherein a very large telecommunications company in North America ripped us off to the tune of around $500 over the course of several months. The company settled out of court. You know how much the class members were paid? A whopping $5.00 each. The legal expenses, which are enormous in a class action suit, especially in the discovery phase, ate up everything else.

In case you're not concerned about the money, then you need to call this post for what it is: a weak and lame attempt at blackmail.
