✭✭✭Stam Blade if you want to capitalize on single target burst and stealthy gameplay.
Stam Sorc if you want to focus more on a hit and run, skirmisher style approach with more survivability.
It all really comes down to your playstyle, and you could shift either class to either extreme;
Personally, as a Stam Sorc main, I find it a lot more fun than Stam Blade.

✭✭✭✭✭Stamblade has more tools associated with it. Very strong class with great burst and resource management. Probably what I'd recommend when considering the other option atm.
Stam Sorc is tougher to play, and more fast paced. I would not really recommend trying one to everyone. It's easy to suck on a Stam Sorc, and more difficult to be a beast with one. Hurricane is awesome for sure.
