Can't login to my character that is stuck in Wrothgar. Can I be moved outside of Wrothgar?

is there any way I can have my character moved out of Wrothgar? She is my crafter and I really need her right now, but am unable to login to her since my game keeps crashing at the loading screen of Wrothgar.
