More classes or "second job classes" for the current ones. Exemple: As a NB when you hit cp160 you can choose 1 of 3 specialization classes, each one gives some new passives (2 or 3 maybe) and a new ultimate and name. A class that benefits magicka, another for stamina and a hybrid one.

The races in game have been the only playable races since the beginning. I mean, what would they even add? Dwemer? How detrimental to the lore that would be! That said, new classes would be interesting. Perhaps new factions? Would be pretty cool to be able to join houses telvanni, redoran or hlaalu. Perhaps in the eagerly awaited vvardenfell expansion?

There are a few races that can be implemented into the game if they so choose (http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Race). Another thing is that they have an absolute shiet load of classes they could come up with that can actually be interesting, elementalist, necromancer, warder, some type of nature class, but that's up to them.
Also, those factions are part of the Ebon Heart Pact, with one exception.

Just fix Cyrodiil lag first and foremost, then continue to build the world from there.
Fix what exists before moving forward!

(And to save time, I will note that I do not consider 'they haven't been a playable race in previous games' to be a valid argument; the Orcs weren't playable in Daggerfall or Arena.)
