So I just updated my ToS and now I am stuck at the first "start" screen. I hit X and the background just continues playing, doesn't progress to either server selection or character selection. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom is this working as intended?

PSN is currently having a service interruption, which is likely what's causing your issue.
