No luck for me,disabled every addon no change.

Is the Guild Store the only option you do not see? Can you interact with Guild Trader kiosks? Whisper other players? The developers will sometimes "mute" an account to prevent them from interacting with other players. So you can use your own personal bank, but not a Guild Store or Guild Bank. This is usually done when there is suspicion of botting or other exploits. Enter a support ticket. If you have been muted I think only support can unmute you. I heard of this happening when a person repeatedly asked in zone chat to join a gold key pledge group. They were like, "VR4 Tank looking for gold," over and over and I think some algorithm somewhere decided they were a gold seller and "muted" them.

You need to raise a ticket

1: you cannot access guild bank
2: you cant access guild stores internal or external
3: you cant send mail

well FINALLY! you're here, but it's too late now
the problem is gone(?) weirdly before my last desperate try to reinstall the game, i tried to open the game one last time.

and when i go to the trader it actually comes up, the guild store,trader and all.
i dont know why though... the problem fixes himself after 6days....

but this is what i do, i've tried turning off the addons from my character but not account wide and i tried turning addons off from the character selection screen and it fixes the problem! i guess
maybe thats why even though i only have 2 characters and the other one is only lv 4 which i never touch and havent touch the addons in that character yet but still get the same issue as my main character
everybody that has this problem try doing what i did i hope this help you guys

but ZOS you need to make the REAL info/fix of this issue
and btw ZOS if you're reading this pls improve the latency issue of Cyrodill during 3bars(the lag isnt not only prime time now...)
PLS make 1v1 arena or 4v4 battlegorund that kind of thing

Isn't this being caused by ZOS's weird social auto-banning system lately? Seems to be happening to a lot of people for things like farming ore.
