Argonian and Healing help

I am working on an Argonian MagPlar mostly due to their buff to Healing Done/Received. But I'm kind of confused.
Does Healing Done work on Self-Heals like Puncturing Sweeps? Or how does this work? Could someone explain this to me?

Aquanova✭✭✭✭✭AFAIK yes. The only time you lose out on the extra 5% healing is when someone else heals you. In that case you would only get the boost to healing received, not healing done. Any heals you initiate is considered healing done afaik.NA/PC0
