Is Negate Magic Meant to Prevent Werewolf Abilities?

Because it does.
Is it meant to? Because I thought i was meant to stop spells, meaning Magicka as weapon abilities still work and as Werewolf Abilites are just actions you can do as a Werewolf, not spells it doesn't make sense that Negate Magic would prevent them.

✭✭✭✭✭It should block Hircine's bounty, and might block transformation, but otherwise, no. Werewolves are supernatural (Daedric), but most of what they do isn't magical.

Except Negate Magic doesn't block stamina based abilities, last I checked.2 -

✭✭It has been bugged for ages and prevented the use of multiple stamina skills. But I think I have read it on the pts patch notes, that they are going to fix it with the next dlc.0 -

But it blocks vigor, so I imagine it's buggy. Shock horror...0 -
