    Seriously, guys, I know their lack of communication about this sort of thing is frustrating, but not everything they do is because of laziness or malicious intent.

    Of course. But if it takes 8hrs then just say. We can't use the crown store no need to deter us we cannot use it anyway. It's not negative to say it's x hours but say something. I deem that as lazy and uncaring.
