So we were pushing the enemy the other night, back to there actual home base. Was me and 2 friends at the end, and a few enemy on there home base wall.

We were shooting each other etc, my friend jumps on a jut from the wall and insta dies to environmental damage. Fair enough i guess.

Then i jump on a tiny wee wall to get more height to shoot with my bow at the enemy up there, press wrong button snipe/ambush and it sucks me up to him. I instantly rolled off cause i am not sure im allowed up there with the recent talk of whats to be done and whats not to be done.

Since i cant siege the enemy base and i am strongly assuming im not allowed up there (Its never been said to me or written that i have seen - Not allowed in enemy base), i take it this is just a result of a broken mechanic?. I instantly rolled off and didnt hit the enemy further, hope i don't get banned for this as well given the recent hammer.

My main gripe would be, i am left now thinking in this game im going to get banned for doing something i dont realise or it just happens like scenario above. Surely ESo should be fixing these mechanics as to not happen, rather than stealth in some bans on a whimsical change of heart as the keep climb scenario.
