Does sheer venom drop from icp normal?

I'm interested in acquiring the sheer venom set, but running vet has been tough and a struggle for the groups I've been in. I'm curious about normal imperial city prison on if item sets drop there or at least the items for the trophy vaults. Thanks for the help.

Yes it does but it's cp150. Even if you scale it to cp160 normal.
