why can't i talk to trade kiosks/trade with players?

as far as i know i haven't done anything. I don't chat in general literally the only thing i've done today is run Group dungeouns and all of a sudden any contact with anything/anyone outside my "guild chat" isn't possible. no trade kiosks no mail no player trades I can't do anything.

ishilb14_ESO✭✭✭✭@JaceSB got banned for completing vMA too quick even though he has a video showing he did it without any exploits or cheats. So i can understand why you're social privileges got suspended for no reason.
