So is the change to Redguard passive as listed in PTS Patch Notes v2.5.2 a SERIOUS nerf? I ask because I've never had a Redguard character but was thinking of rolling one as a Stam DK. But does it matter now?
If you PuG a lot redguard is still the best answer, Good enough raids though and a passive of this nature will be redundant. All depends on your playing style.
Nerfs don't make the game better. Kill the champion system. Make race, gear, class valuable again. Champion system is ruining everything and is the source of all the nerfs. Hello Homogenization of all classes and races.
Still one of the best races for PvP stam DPS. Stack 40k max stamina and get a free 480 stam regen + the 9% stam recovery on top of that. Before, it was ridiculous overpowered. It used to grant a 800 regen/2secs to stamina with 0 effort in regen. So redguards just stacked stamina to kingdom come and had 0 sustain issues. Now its more of a fight with bosmer and imperials. All viable picks now instead of redguard or go home.
