It would be a welcome addition to have the option to always show resources bars, as well as unlock them and move them around.
Currently, combat add ons ruin the game's performance for me when there's lots going on (in dungeons and in pvp). When I disabled all combat add ons, I found it difficult to keep track of my resources due to them being very spread out and at the bottom of the screen. In a pvp fight with lots going on, in order to survive, you have to pay attention to what's going on around you, and it would be helpful to consolidate the resource bars.

✭They mention in latest ESO Live that they are going to be considering to have an option of "Always keep resource bars on" (I hope I didn't misinterpret it). When it's going to be implemented, no eta (TM)

Thornen✭✭✭✭✭There are a few addons that do this Azurah, lui extended, wykkyds enhanced hud, not really sure how running 1 addon can tank your performance so much. Lui is a good choice regularly updated and modular meaning you can turn off everything else and just have resources set to always show.Edited by Thornen on July 11, 2016 11:16AM0 -

I've been using lui, but there's just something going on that really screws up my performance. It started happening with ftc around 1.6, lui was a bit better, but the game has just gotten worse and worse performance wise with every patch- to the point that I've disabled all add ons except a fish fillet-er xD2013
