    Firstly if you account was hacked you may also want to change the password on whatever email you have linked to the account just to be safe.

    Support gets a lot of tickets and I am not sure how they prioritise these. Making the thread here will help as it's possible someone from ZOS forums support will see it and escalate the issue for you. The forums team is US based though so will be getting into work soon.

    Also, passwords should never be simple and never use the same password for email and other things. Who every hacked your email also hacked your game,

    Also, and most important, change PWs monthly or at least with each news story of a major network breach.

    If you can't get help with this then I definitely won't get help. Should be a simple 1,2,3 yet they refuse to grant my request. Wasting my ESO PLUS I just bought. Going on 5+ days now. 3 unresolved tickets and 1 that was not solved but closed for no reason.

    Well, for one thing, stop writing new tickets. That won't help, never has helped, and probably never will help. One ticket per problem. Max.

    Normally, I would say go back to ticket #160707-000663 and stick with that one, ignoring all other tickets, but you have so many open that it is possible one of the other ones may get picked up.

    In any case, go back to #160707-000663 and reply to it and repeat the information provided in the tickets, ask for an update and if there is anything else that they need. Above all else, be nice. Do not be sarcastic. Do not be insulting. Do not be judgemental. Do not accuse them of anything. Smooch their behind like you have never smooched before. :smile:

    Ignore any indication that the ticket is "closed", and I would add to that the "we are not going to help you" responses, as well. If you get any of the latter, you should double down on the "be nice" and be nicer than nice. Keep replying to what they send you. No more than one reply per day to the same email, but keep responding.

    You are in a hole you want to get out of but all you are doing is digging it deeper. If you want out, you need to stop digging and start hoping they will throw you a rope.

    If you are nice they will toss you a rope. Otherwise, they might start filling in the hole with dirt. :smile:

    either way, either it does not work on things that do not provide any form of assistance.

    I do not get help, they can not help and do not ask for any data or information to see who the owner is.

    absolutely they do not do anything.

    Tickets were formerly Crown case, the password problem. . . none have helped. simply they have been closed after five to six days to buy tickets.

    I was so bad, mindless support have not experienced anywhere.

    I want to continue to learn that in addition to the rain to support you where to turn?
