Simply put stack weapon damage via your preferred method, use medium armour, have max stamina, apply a Brutality buff (critical surge is easiest) and use physical skills. To proc implosion and surge I recommend physical DoTs. Usually this means using dw somewhere in the mix.

Here's what I am using:

Gear: (I am using all 7 medium)
5 Night Mother 3/4 Hundings Rage - Thief or Shadow Mudus OR
5 Hundings Rage 3/4 Night Mother - Thief or Shadow Mundus (My current setup) OR
5 Twice Born Star 3/4 Night Mother - Thief/Shadow Mundus

Weapon 1: Dual Wield Daggers, Sharpened/Precise or both Sharpened (Weapon Power/Poison enchants)
Weapon 2: Bow, Precise (Poison enchant or dual damage poison)

Skills:
Khajiit Stamina Sorcerer

Rotation:
Make sure Bound Armaments is on. Start on Dual Wield, cast Hurricane. Swap, cast Critical Surge, Endless hail, Acid Spray while running in, Poison Injection on primary. Swap.

If AOE spam Steel Tornado, maybe throwing a Rending Slashes on the primary target, and keep Hurricane up.

If single target weave light attacks into rending slashes, then weave light or heavy attack (I alternate) into Rapid Strikes repeatedly, refreshing Rending Slashes and Hurricane when they expire. Use Dawnbreaker liberally.

Swap back to bow bar and refresh Endless Hail, Acid Spray, and most important Poison Injection.

Potion:
I am using potion of Weapon Critical, Health, and Stamina to buff Major Savagery. However you could drop Acid Spray on the bow bar and move Hurricane there, and slot Evil Hunter on your Dual Wield bar if you don't want to do that.

Other Thoughts:
This is a VERY high crit build due to Khajiit. Going Shadow mundas is definitely viable, however I prefer Thief just to keep crit over 70% to ensure constant self heals, which are buffed by CP.
