So after countless emails and tickets to zenimax they finally moved his character from wrothgar for the 2nd time but in an e-mail he received from zenimax they told him that this is the 2nd time they've had to move his character and they're not doing it again and told him to make sure not to go back to wrothgar because it's a high crashing area. They told him to stay away from high crashing areas. How pathetic is this?

It's also what Jessica told us.

What is so incredibly "low" in this according to you ?
Yes there shouldn't be "high crashes" or even "crashes areas" at all, but reality is, THERE ARE issues currently, thus the wisest thing you can do is to avoid it as much as you can.
Not doing writs for a few days will not hurt that much.
Your mate does exactly what ZOS said specifically NOT TO DO and you accuse ZOS ?? Strange.

That is how other games handle it...

Stop it now with "other games". You know just as well as I do that other games have their issues too.
It's a technical problem, if it could be solved straight away, it would, but it's more complicated than that, deal with it, full stop. This isn't world's end.
Besides, this is what Jessica wrote a couple of days ago :
"we have found that the areas players are crashing most frequently in are the cities of Orsinium and Elden Root. If you're experiencing a high volume of crashes to dashboard in those areas, please consider avoiding those two areas until this issue is resolved."
Why didn't you simply avoid Wrothgar ?
I understand that you're entitled to play the game as you wish but there IS a technical issue and your rants aren't going to help solving it.

You may want to remove the ZOS logo from your lower back. If they don't pay you, at this point they don't need forum "officials" standing up for them.
