So my brother was doing PvP and he started lagging really badly out of nowhere with 999+ ping and suddenly he was booted from the server (with that message). He then tried to log back in and a message popped up saying "Character currently locked Error 326". This happened 5 days ago and he submitted a ticket that same day and has had no response, not even an automated one (which he thought was weird), he also sent private messages to some moderators and had no such luck either. He said he searched through forums and found that some other people had the same problem which basically caused their characters to stay stuck in limbo and couldn't log in for weeks. Do any players here know a workaround? He tried reinstalling the game already but nothing changed. Any tips will do!
