I've been trying to download the update but Xbox keeps saying there's a problem with it. Any suggestions?

-How much free space is on your hard drive? Is it at least 85gig? (This is more than needed)
-Have you tried a hard reset?

Snippit_Thomas✭✭✭@NewBlacksmurf I have have 1tb of free space, I tried a hard reset last night, that was second on the list on the Xbox help page, after network issue..
I turned my machine on this morning and it started downloading straight away,
My xbox2 had not been on for a week, so that may have been part of the issue, maybe something in the background downloading,
When I came onto the forum and say the OPs post I thought there may have been a larger issue.
But all good now for me.
